I enjoyed sewing so much that I continued to do projects through out my high school and college careers. After high school, I went on to college to major in Business Manageme
My sewing and designing interest was sparked at the young age of 8 through the amazing 4-H program. I grew up developing my skills and helping others develop theirs. I enjoyed sewing so much that I continued to do projects through out my high school and college careers. After high school, I went on to college to major in Business Management and later took up an office position at an Ice Carving company (Super COOL...literally). There, I learned the in's & out's of the wedding industry. My love for sewing never went away, though, and I would often sew for others on the side. After 7 years and the unimaginable (COVID), I was laid off. It was at that moment, I decided to go full-fledge into running my own small business and building my alterations and design shop. I specialize in Wedding and Formal wear but can sew just about anything! With the help of my incredible handyman husband, we are building my studio from the ground up. I purchased my building in 2021 and we have developed it into my back room for alterations and a cute little boutique that houses boutique clothing, unique finds and 25+ local vendor crafts.

My family is an important part of my business and the biggest reason I work each day. Their support and love means everything to me. If you stop in the studio you may see my kiddos and hubby happily helping. It is our second home and they enjoy being there to see what I am up to.

My short term dream has come true! After 5 years of growth my new dream is to not only continue growing but to help my sister develop her sewing skills as she partners with me to help around the studio. Abbie specializes in theatrical alterations and costuming. She is also an incredibly talented artist who does live art paintings for weddings. Check out her page!

I ask for your guidance as I build and grow this business. I will put all my trust in your hands that you may bless my customers, my suppliers, and my business. I pray for your protection. Lead me with wisdom to recognize and accept the changes that await. Help me to stand by my faith and values in my business and in all situations and tribulations.
